The store does not accept returns. However, if the ceramics are broken due to shipping, the studio will refund 100% or send you another product of equal value.

To ensure the safety of unique ceramic products, Anhclay Studio does not implement a return policy after successful delivery. In case the product is cracked due to shipping, please contact the studio with the unboxing video for a refund.
