Delivery preparation time: Because ceramic products are very fragile, Anhclay Studio needs 1-2 working days to wrap thick bubble wrap and pack them carefully before delivering to the shipping company.
Estimated delivery time: Inner city Hanoi: 1-2 days. Other provinces: 3-5 days. International orders: 7 - 14 days (depending on the region).
Important note: Please record a video of the unboxing process. If the product is cracked or broken due to shipping, please send the video to the studio within 48 hours of receipt for the fastest refund or exchange for a new product.
